We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) 2019 and its implementing guidelines.

We do not use tracking pixels, third-party advertising cookies, or behavioural analytics tools.

We use the information you provide to:

  • Respond to your enquiry or service request.
  • Send you a confirmation email when you contact us.
  • Improve our website and services based on general usage patterns.
  • Detect and prevent spam or fraudulent submissions.

We will not use your email address to send you unsolicited marketing communications without your explicit consent.

Contact form submissions are stored in a secure, password-protected database hosted on our servers in Nigeria. We apply industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/SSL), firewalled servers, and access controls.

We retain contact form data for a maximum of 24 months, after which it is securely deleted unless we have an ongoing business relationship that requires us to retain it longer.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share your data in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers: we use Nodemailer to deliver emails via our SMTP server. Email contents are transmitted securely.
  • Legal obligation: if required by Nigerian law, court order, or lawful government request.

Our website uses only essential cookies required for basic functionality (e.g. security tokens). We do not use marketing or tracking cookies and do not load third-party advertising scripts.
